Supervision & Mentoring
Who supports you, when you’re the one holding space?
When you work with others, it’s easy to overlook your own support. Supervision is a reflective space for coaches, leaders and mentors to pause, process, to realign, ask questions, identify patterns; to remember why you do what you do. I bring experience from supervision, teaching and coaching across many sectors; but more than that, I bring quiet attention to what’s really happening beneath the surface. Supervision is a space for reflection, growth and support. It’s a collaborative process where you explore your practice, deepen your self-awareness and find fresh perspectives on the challenges you face. It’s a chance to slow down, step back and notice what’s really happening in your work. To see the patterns, celebrate the progress and identify what might need to change. I bring decades of experience in supervision, including training at the London School of Psychodrama, in addition to my work with postgraduate students at Oxford Brookes University and coaches at Ashridge Business School. Whether you’re a coach, leader, or facilitator, I provide the space to think more clearly, reflect more deeply and grow in a way that feels aligned to who you are.
