This isn’t about fixing, pushing, or performing insight. It’s about slowing down, paying attention, and letting something real emerge — with support, structure, and care. Over four weeks, we’ll take a guided walk around the Medicine Wheel, using symbol, image, and reflection rather than words alone. Each session is live online and uses Rethinkly virtual world sand painting to explore inner landscapes in a visual, embodied way.
