David Tinker

David created The Feeling Alive Company after a client had asked him to deliver a programme that would enable some top sales executives to live longer.  He is Director responsible for holding the commercial space ,  and the philosophy behind the Feeling Alive approach .  During a short career in the forces he flew helicopters.  He has since  gained an MSc in HRD, set up a training and development company in the UK and Russia and continues to work on assignments abroad for several multi-nationals.   Executive one-to-one and team coaching contracts in 2007  will take him from Casablanca to Almaty.

David also wites an occasional column for 'Management Issues'

Daphne Lambert

Daphne is medical nutritionalist on the team.
Nutritional advice and good food is central to the feeling alive programme and Daphne brings years of experience and commitment to improving health and deepening our understanding of what we eat. She is an author, food journalist and runs an awards winning organic restaurant and hotel. Penhros is one of the venues used for our  2 -day residential courses.

Alan Gordon

Alan is our Fitness expert. Alan's work spans both the world of sport and celebrities, he is a Stress and Nutrition Consultant for the Civil Service and personal trainer to a number of well known, private individuals. He has total of 34yrs working as a professional exercise and nutritional consultant and is one of the highest qualified personal trainers in the UK. Alan is a lecturer and author of the book 'Bodywise Flexibilty'.

Jolyon Hammond
 
Jolyon is responsible for the overall well being of the participants and the emotional intelligent component for the programme.  He has been involved in stress and well being since 1994.  With Diplomas in Integrative Psychotherapy & Executive Coaching, Jolyon is an exceptional communicator who specialises in confronting the attitudes or behaviours that inhibit our spontaneity, presence & performance.  His work seeks to integrate the various aspects of our emotional intelligence, permitting a more genuine sense of ourselves in all that we do; be it personal, social or professional. 

Jonathan Dunbar Snell
 
Jonathan   is custodian of spiritual and psychological perspectives for the programme. An artist graduate; he has studied psychology, psychotherapy and psycho-physical integration. He works with people in the belief that they have the capacity to change and develop and deepen their perceptions, and that difficulty and obstacles are healthy guides toward happiness and integration.
