Nutritious food is central to the Feeling Alive programme. Every step is taken to provide information, support and advice that will ensure that the diet of each individual is appropriate and is fine tuned to meet their nutritional and emotional needs.

Our diets can have a direct effect on our health and our ability to lead a healthy and stress free life style, Our diet today is the most stressful diet ever known,a diet full of nutrient poor food has been proven to have a detrimental effect on mind and body and if that wasn't bad enough, over 70% of us eat the very worst junk food in order to relieve stress!

The Nutrition perspective is about self empowerment. It is designed to help individuals take responsibility for their own health and identifies, on a one-to one basis, simple beneficial dietary and nutritional changes that they can make for themselves. What you eat, how you eat, are expressions of who you are.

An individuals nutritional profile and diet is assessed in advance via a Health and Nutrition questionnaire and a weekly meal report, together they provide a snap shot of the value of the food being eaten, the choices being made and the individuals relationship with food. Each individual is taken through the report and given guidance and support.
