The Fitness Perspective

Fitness means different things to different people, and being efficiently 'fit' doesn't necessarily mean you have to be very muscular or be able to run a marathon either. It is not about taking up this or that sport, or being good at this or that sport. Neither is it about 'blood sweat and tears, or in any way, shape or form following the illogical and destructive credo of ' no pain no gain'

The focus of the Fitness perspective is the combination of flexibility, strength and efficiency. Our own fitness what our own personal physiological, bio-mechanics and body-mind are best suited for, is therefore unique to each individual. It is different from any other fitness regime or assessment you may have had previously.

The programme includes an assessment of each participant's personal fitness and an in-depth look at health and nutrition. Looking at past and present health problems, lifestyle analysis, glucose tolerance, along with immune system, allergy and histamine overviews. A Body Composition test using the latest technology will reveal a multitude of results all of which will indicate the individual's personal maximum and minimum ranges for optimal good health.

All the work is done on a one to basis. Supported by the other perspectives of the Feeling Alive programme, it is designed specifically to assess and scientifically measure each individual's physiological capabilities. Fitness adds years to your life and life to your years and is one of the rewards of Feeling fully Alive.
